• Information in relation to your homelife ( for example, who lives with you, dietary requirements and preferences)
• Details of your pregnancy including expected due date and any medical information you have disclosed to us
• Details of your children including their dates of birth and any medical information you have disclosed to us
• Photos of you and/or your children (only with specific prior consent)

How we get the personal information and why we have it 

All of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons: 

• To sign up to our services
• As information requested prior to classes or postnatal services
• As follow up feedback after you have accessed our services

We use the information that you have given us in order to;  

• To ensure you and your family get the most from our services
• To ensure any advice given takes into account any medical information
• To be aware of food allergies 
• To promote Happy Baby Centre's Services (only with specific prior consent)

We never share your personal information with any external businesses or agencies unless we have a child protection concern. In which case the appropriate statutory agency would be contacted. 

How we store your personal information  

Your information is securely stored in password protected digital files .  

We keep your details for five years. We will then dispose your information by permanently erasing it from our systems.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
